We promote leadership and global connectivity through collective work and responsibility

In 2006, Dr. Lois Méndez Catlin and her son Sean wanted to produce an affordable leadership development and college prep program for high school students.

We passionately believe that society needs strong leaders that will take us into the next century.  We need leaders that will put their actions where their hearts and ideas have always been. 

Each summer, Renovatio Youth Leadership Program will provide sessions for 10 new students that allow for wise decision making, effective problem solving, and appropriate conflict resolution. 

We will engage our participants in challenging activities that will develop their confidence to stand firm in their beliefs.  Students will identify those skills necessary to survive in society and stand out as  leaders. 

All RYLP participants will leave wanting to inspire others to also ACT and not be afraid to inherit the leadership reins.
